"My friend introduced me to JayCore during COVID when the gyms were closed. I've always been thin-framed but wanted to gain more muscle and greater range of motion to improve my golf game. I had scheduled my workouts before sunrise so I also needed him to keep me motivated and accountable to show up and give it 100%. Because he was knowledgeable about the mechanics of the golf swing, he was able to design a workout to allow me to maximize body power: deadlifts, russian twists (agh!), planks (...still crying). He really understood what I was trying to achieve. My arms and legs are more toned but more importantly, I've increased my swing speed and am getting more distance with all my clubs. Solid experience with JayCore and would do it all over again if I had not moved away."
