Is it worth it to have a personal trainer?
Yes! Although the upfront cost of training with an exercise specialist may seem high, you will save time, reduce chances of injury, see results at an accelerated rate, have improved accountability , and truly learn how to live a healthy lifestyle.

How many times a week should I workout with a trainer?
The best results have been seen training at a frequency of 3 times per week. With that being said, exercising 5 times a week with a combination of cardiovascular exercise as well as resistance training has proven to produce amazing results.
|
Why can’t I just do cardio?
Although cardiovascular training has amazing benefits for the lungs and heart, it does not provide the body the correct stimulus required to build bigger, more powerful muscles. JayCore utilizes shortened rest intervals in combination with heightened resistance to not only gain cardiovascular adequacy but improved muscular strength.
|
Why are my muscles sore after a workout?
Muscle soreness seen after your workouts is due to muscle fibers in the body being worked at their maximal capacity. In this heightened state of exertion, the muscle fibers pull away from each other causing microscopic tears. These tiny tears are necessary for your body to build lean muscle and improve overall strength.
|
Does sleep really affect the results I can receive?
Sleep is a paramount aspect of any healthy lifestyle. Having a quality sleep allows the body not only to provide adequate energy but promotes overall regeneration of the body's cells and muscle tissues. Therefore, those that sleep allowing optimal regeneration, may expect their bodies to positively respond to a new workout routine.

What is the best time to train?
Scientifically the best time to train is in the early evening. This is due to the muscle temperature being at its peak, allowing the muscles to directly and effectively transfer energy to physical activity. With that said, working out at any capacity is much better than not working out at all. Find a time that best suits your schedule and stay consistent!
